What type of shipping insurance coverage is provided by Auction Sniper?
As a buyer, you can use the shipping insurance we provide no matter what company the seller ships the item through. Note that this is shipping insurance and not Buyer insurance: you have other options through eBay if the seller defrauds you or sends you the wrong item.
We offer ease of use in being able to just turn it on directly from Auction Sniper without having the seller purchase insurance.

What happens when I select the checkbox for shipping insurance in MY ACCOUNT?
Choosing the first checkbox simply allows you the option of seeing snipe insurance when you’re modifying a snipe. We recognize not everyone will be interested in the option: this means you don’t need to see that every time when modifying your snipe.
The second option is essentially the reverse: some folks will want it with every snipe and don’t want to have to think about it each time.
You must click the Update My Account Information button at the bottom of the page for your changes to take effect.
