How do I cancel or delete a snipe?

To cancel a snipe, click the cancel button on the right side of your snipe. If the snipe has already fired and you wish to delete it, click the delete button instead. Webtv/MSN TV users will most likely need to use the “Note: Click here for a simple non-javascript version of this page” at the bottom of the “My Snipes” page. Please keep in mind that we cannot alter a bid during the last 5 minutes of the auction. The sniping service has grabbed your snipe from the database and placed it in the queue for sniping.

How do I cancel or delete more than one snipe at a time?

To cancel more than one snipe at a time, click on the checkbox next to each snipe you want to cancel and then click the "Cancel" button from the action toolbar, which is above and to the left of your first Ready snipe.

How do I change or modify a snipe?

To make changes to a snipe, click the modify button on the right side of your snipe.

How do I change my username or password?

1. Log in with your current username and password.
2. If you see the referral page first, click on the "My Snipes" tab.
3. Click the "Modify Account" link. It is the leftmost link just under the "My Snipes" tab.
4. Edit your account information for new eBay username or password.
5. Retype it again to confirm your new password.
6. Click the Update My Account Information button at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my email address?

1. Log in with your current username and password.

4. Change your email address to your new one.
5. Click the Update My Account Information button at the bottom of the page.
